Saba Fit Kit Review!

SO I recieved my Saba fit kit. As a distributor or preferred customer you can get this at only $129!! Now before you go saying THAT IS ALOT OF MONEY_ I thought the same thing and I work as a distributor for the company I was not so sure how it would be. So when I got mine I was super excited and had to look at everything. My kids and I do love to work out BUT its not always feesable go to the gym especially here of late. To where popping in a video or even memorizing some exercises may be easy enough to do on my own. I personally LOVE dancing. Zumba is something I would do 7 days a week if I could. BUT the videos leave me feeling a little insecure about it. To where a real class is alot of fun! I opened the box to find this- I was like for real? That does not look worth the money!

So I started pulling every thing out! and then blew up the ball with the air hose you see and opened the black bag- full of resistance bands.

To my surprise there were 5 resistance bands that hook on the door any one of 3 ways to help you with arms legs butt and other types of exercises. The door hook hanger as well this thing just slides behind the door and you attach your resistance bands to it. And then the blue circle- OK this looks funny in this picture but is is placed above my knees and I attempted to do a squat! FORGET THE THIGH MASTER! Whew. Then I reluctantly opened the video this is going to be TOO HARD I mean look at the people on the video... TO MY SURPRISE AGAIN! There are over 100 guided exercises in this 2 pack dvd set!  They teach you how to use these. NOW I am serious- why would youi pay a gym membership if you had the opprotunity to take your go any where gym with you?  Did I tell you the ball has a foot pump and with it has a thing to help you DEFLATE your ball so you can keep it up and not worry about getting holes in it?

\Now due to copy right issues I am going to not post the screen shots of what the video says but there are DAILY work outs starting with day one and working your way to a more advanced state. There are work outs showing you how to do every thing and then simpler things you can do as well. This is one of the best things I have seen in a while- I mean some of these exercises have helped me already feel a differenec in ONE time! I use machines at the gym and I use the classes and weights. But this by far is something I see my self and others getting a hold of and keeping for a long time! if you are interested you just need to email Junetta@lovemyace.com and ask for a Saba fit kit! It retails at $149 or you can get a discount on it and all our products the discount price for this is $129.00  for distributors and preferred customers. Changing lives one at a time and we are here to help! Thank you for reading my review and I hope you enjoy!

There are also free work outs offered by this couple on you tube. you can check out Nita Better Body at any time- here is one of her work out videos.

Vanadium Chelate

On our next ingredient- actually was surprised not more out there about vanadium other than people selling it and a few very few sites that have information on it. I am using WEB MD and Wikkipedia for my information here.

The Chemical element for Vanadium is V23. The element is found only in chemically combined form in nature, but once isolated artificially, the formation of an oxide layer stabilizes the free metal somewhat against further oxidation. Vandium is used to treat Diabetes, low blood sugar, high cholesterol, heart disease, turberculosis, syphillis, anemia and water retention, for improving athletic performance in weight training and preventing cancer. There is proof that Vanadium may act as an insulin or help with the effectiveness of insulin.

Vanadium is safe in adults if taken 1.8 mg a day , if take at a higher doseage- more likely to cause diarhea and abdominal discomfort and other side effects. Vanadium is UNSAFE if taken in LARGE quantities for long periods of time- and could result in kidney failure.

People get Vanadium  from food and from supplements- it is recommended to get 6-18 mcg a day The various vanadium supplements contain a different amount of vanadium, depending on the chemical compound used. For example, vanadyl sulfate contains 31% elemental vanadium; sodium metavanadate contains 42% elemental vanadium; and sodium orthovanadate contains 28% elemental vanadium. The National Institute of Medicine has set the tolerable upper intake level (UL) of vanadium, the highest intake amount for which no unwanted side effects are expected, at 1.8 mg per day of elemental vanadium for adults. No UL has been set for infants, children, and pregnant or breast-feeding women. In these groups, vanadium intake should be limited to food.

For the record I would like to say ACE contains 20 mcg of Vanadium per 2 pills. and if you took the maximum dose would only be 40 mcg total per day, which is still way below the maximum amount of Vanadium to be considered dangerous.

So then I decided to look up more information on this subject- what kinds of foods contain vanadium and would it be dangerous to consume ACE at 20 mcg a day with food that contained it?  Well what I found was the following article on Live Strong and they say that most foods have NANOGRAMS not MICROGRAMS of Vanadium so our intake would be smaller than what would be suggested usage. and still way below any sort of dangerous amount if taking 2 capsules a day and eating the foods that contain it.

Grains and seeds are food sources with the highest vanadium concentrations. Black pepper, by far, is the food source with the greatest vanadium concentration. The vanadium concentration of black pepper is 987 ng/g. Dill seed also contains a significant concentration of vanadium. The vanadium concentration of dill seed is 431 ng/g. Gluten has a vanadium concentration of 33 ng/g. White rice is also a good dietary source of vanadium with a concentration of 21 ng/g.
There are several other dietary sources that contain a significant concentration of vanadium. Peanut butter is an excellent dietary source of vanadium with a concentration of 44ng/g. Egg yolk are another food rich in vanadium with a concentration of 21 ng/g. A can of beer also contains a meaningful quantity of vanadium with a concentration of 11 ng/g.Read more: http://www.livestrong.com/article/318066-vanadium-rich-foods/#ixzz20iorx0D4

Vitamin B 6

I thought I would start going through each of the ingredients since it seems you can go on and on about each individual ingredient. The first one I want to tackle is Vitamin B 6 reason being there is alot of controversy about this vitamin and how much you should have and should not have etc--- and that if you get too much and all kinds of stuff I hear on the internet. So I did some research on what contains Vitamin B 6 and what is the "average intake" and what is the "recommended" intake of it. Information is taken off of Fit today and off of self nutrition data. Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is a water-soluble vitamin that is part of the vitamin-B complex group and is also one of the most important and industrious nutrients in the human body. Vitamin B6 is an essential nutrient for a number of reasons. It plays a vital role in many of the chemical reactions that take place in the body, it helps in the formation of heme in red blood cells which carry oxygen around the body and it is essential to metabolize foods into energy.
This vitamin also helps to lower stress, decrease symptoms of PMS, treat depression, lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of dental cavities. It also aids in the maintenance of nerve health and brain function. By not consuming a sufficient amount of B6 in your diet, you could be at risk of vitamin B6 deficiency, which manifests in symptoms such as tongue inflammation, irritability, fatigue, weakness and scale-like formations on the skin and mouth. It can also lead to depression and seizures. To avoid vitamin B6 deficiency, you should attempt to include the following Vitamin B6-rich foods in your diet.

Just as a Side bar- Per Capsule of ACE has 4 mg of Vitamin B 6

Meat
Vitamin B6 can be found in many common and versatile meats. Chicken, turkey, beef, and pork are all excellent sources of the nutrient. One serving of roasted chicken breast contains as much as 0.64mg of B6 and the same amount of turkey contains 0.54mg. Because meats are easy to incorporate into your diet through simple recipes and even snacks such as sandwiches, increasing your B6 intake by the consumption of meats is simple and effective. Most single servings of any kind of poltry is about 1 mg per serving and beef- I have found about 2 mg of vitamin B 6.

Fish
As with meats, certain fish are rich in vitamin B6. Cod, salmon, halibut, trout, tuna and snapper are just some examples of fish which contain high levels of B6 and can form part of a healthy, balanced diet. Yellowfin tuna is one of the best dietary sources of vitamin B6 with 1.8mg found in a single serving. In addition to this, it is one of the healthiest sources of the nutrient. A serving of baked snapper or salmon contains 0.52mg and halibut contains 0.45mg.- I could not find other information on this as far as what kinds of fish- so if you know of any please add as comments.
Vegetables
Most vegetables typically contain reasonable levels of vitamin B6, but there are some vegetable powerhouses that are B6-rich. Bell peppers, spinach, baked potatoes (skin included), green peas, yams, broccoli, asparagus and turnip greens are all excellent sources of vitamin B6. These vegetables are also, for the most part, low in fat and contain other vitamins and nutrients that are essential for good health. Some vegetables have up to 4 mg of B 6 and some fruits as much as 1 mg of B 6.
Nuts and Seeds
Peanuts, sunflower seeds, cashews and hazelnuts, which contain 0.6mg of 6 per serving – are all good sources of vitamin B6 and can be eaten as snacks or added to popular recipes.

Wholegrains and Bran
Whole-wheat bread, cereals, bran and other wholegrains are rich in vitamin B6 and are probably already part of your daily diet. Wheat germ contains 3mg of vitamin B6 per 100g, making it one of the most valuable sources of the nutrient. From what I can see usually in a serving of Wholegrains will be approximately 2 mg of B6.
Beans and Legumes
Chickpeas, lentils and soybeans are just some examples of vitamin B6-rich beans and legumes. Kidney beans are another good source of the nutrient. By including a single serving of any of these foods with your meals, you can maintain your intake of vitamin B6 and lower the risk of experiencing B6 deficiency. Beans and legumes or vegetarian "meat" can have as much as 4 mg per serving
According to the MAYO Clinic in excessive amount of Vitamin B 6 is 200 MG In a 24 hour period.Dosing according to Mayo Clinic- Recommended dietary allowances (RDAs) of vitamin B6 by mouth daily are as follows: for males 19-50 years old, 1.3 milligrams; for males 51 years old and older, 1.7 milligrams; for females 19-50 years old, 1.3 milligrams; and for females 51 years old and older, 1.5 milligrams. Some researchers think the RDA should be increased to the following daily: for women 19-50 years old, 1.5-1.7 milligrams; for pregnant women, 1.9 milligrams; and for lactating women, two milligrams.

Recommended maximum daily intake of vitamin B6 by mouth for adults, pregnant, and lactating women (over 18 years old) is 100 milligrams. A doctor and pharmacist should be consulted for dosing in other conditions. For anemia, 25 milligrams of vitamin B6 has been taken by mouth in combination with multivitamins from the second trimester to delivery in pregnant HIV-positive women. For anxiety, 50 milligrams of vitamin B6 has been taken by mouth in combination with magnesium daily.

So incase you were worried that ACE would put you over the OVERDOSE limit- has about as much B 6 as a serving of some vegetables. I love doing this kind of stuff tomorrow I will look at another ingredient and let you know what I find- as always- I am just reading concerns of customers or people that give reasons to not try ACE and I am a curious person- checking out all information off many sites helps me to continue to believe in our product. I have not found anything that has caused me yet to be concerned about my health with ACE- if anything it has helped!

My reasons for doing this

I have decided its like to start a blog about my weight loss journey and what has transpired in the last year with my ACE business.  I will hopefully start having some other fun stuff going on here soon.

First I would like to start out with where I was in June 2011. I was to the point of no return- I had found my relationship with the Lord and had started so many new things and a huge turn of events since 2008 but still was overweight and felt horrible. I never had energy and never felt good.  I was a Mary Kay consultant and although I have nothing but love from and for my consultants- I felt fat and ugly. At 270 pounds I was approaching once again the biggest I had ever been- 280 and before I got there it was time to do something about it.  I found myself eating and then crying... I found myself just ready to just stop eating then realized I couldn't.  I tried eating NO CARBS- yeah that was dumb!  I was sick with in 2 days. I would work out and come home and drink a HUGE glass of diet coke instead of water- hey no calories what is the difference?  WELL- obviously the education was lacking when it came to weight loss and health.  I prayed and cried and begged and finally one of my friends said try this- she sent samples was so excited she could not stand it. I tried it- yep I felt----I Felt----NOTHING! What a let down!  I was looking for energy- hmmm SO I tried it again. And still- no miracle angels singing nope nothing miraculous.... so I waited a few days she called again and asked how I was doing?  Well honestly- I don't know there is a money back guarantee- right? She told me 100% money back guarantee - !  SO I decided well I have spent more money on stupid stuff after all I quit smoking and maybe I could eventually save money in groceries? Or so I suggested to myself.

WELL in June 2011 I started ACE. I ordered on June 8th and think I started around the 13th. I was excited- with in a month or so I saw a difference of 15 pounds- By October was down 50 pounds by Christmas 60 pounds by April 70 pounds by May 75 By JULY 2012-80 pounds. Yes that would be where we are today.  I did slow down and try other products- Our company has some amazing products by the way- but I am in love with this company and want to provide healthy  ideas and ways to stay healthy with exercise and eating right- I will tell you a secret- UNTIL APRIL 2012 I did not really exercise, I just took ACE.

In January of 2012 my husband had me up my autoship and allow him a bottle to take a month. In April he became an associate. He does more retail sales than I do- I do more online.  I have loved what this has done for me. Financially allowing me a little room to play a little more, and Physically still getting healthier and personally just boosted my Hopes and my spirit. I hope to be able to promote healthy lifestyles and weight loss information and goals towards meeting our weight loss goals. And that every one can use a blog like this- although there are plenty out there I am sure!

-Thanks for reading my story and as it continues and I think about specific times in my journey I will blog about it. I will blog about the products I love and will even add comments from my customers and associates that are succeeding in their weight loss and health and businesses.
